Unique Gurl, one of our goals here at JHUG is to remind you that you are Unique and created for a 'Purpose'. Keep believing in yourself and remember Awareness can protect.

Unique Gurl, taking care of your mind and body as a teen is essential for your overall well-being. Prioritizing self-care can help you manage stress, boost confidence, and improve your mood. Self-care can include activities such as exercising, journaling, getting enough sleep, relaxing, having no screen time , or eating the right foods. Unique Gurl, how do you give self-love to yourself? Do others interrupt you taking care of yourself? Have you thought about setting boundaries for these individuals? What are boundaries? We will chat about boundaries in a future blog.

Every Goal Should Express who YOU are !
